Summary:
These workouts are fun and fast-paced. I was definitely working! I tried one day in bare feet and the other days in sneakers. I like wearing shoes better since my workout room is carpeted. I get more grip on the carpet with shoes on, making many moves easier to accomplish and besides, I don’t want to make my carpet sweaty! Yuck!
