Hip Hop Abs Deluxe: Week 1, Day 6

This shorter workout is so much fun. I love the emphasis of knees-to-the-chest moves. Especially when we are doing the moves to tempo, you really get going! I was a sweaty mess by the time we got to the floor exercises. I really love Bow & Arrow. It’s definitely a fun way to get the hip flexors involved as well.
