Finally! Something new! This is definitely the most traditional dance-aerobics style video I’ve done so far. It’s also the longest, coming in at just under 45 minutes. He even includes some lightweight hand weights, which I used instead of weighted gloves, which would also work great.

There was only a little bit of what I would call dance moves – but it was still loads of fun to try something new and really focus on the tuck, tilt & tighten techniques. There was also a floor routine included similar to the floor exercises in Ab Sculpt. In any case – I’m really sweaty and in need of a shower.
