Hip Hop Abs Deluxe: Week 3, Day 20

Hips, Buns, and Thighs

This is a fun, short workout with tons of lower-body moves. In many ways, it’s the most dance oriented workout that I’ve done so far because it’s all legs. I love that even though all the models are dancers that Shaun T knows from previous dancing jobs, he reminds you that everyone has their own style when it comes to dance and that you don’t have to copy the dancers exactly.
