Hip Hop Abs Deluxe: Week 4, Day 24

Fat Burning Cardio & Hips, Buns, and Thighs

I don’t have much new to say – the routines and dance sequences are easy and natural now. I can add my own flair without losing my place or getting off tempo. Lots of moves are getting easier and easier. I’m getting ready to take everything up a notch with the Level 2 exercises next week!
