Fat Burning Cardio & Hips, Buns, and Thighs

I’m not sure why, because they have so little in common, but Hips, Buns, and Thighs reminds me of the old Jane Fonda workouts. Trust me – there are no leg warmers and the music is much more…modern. But for some reason, I’m always reminded of the best-selling aerobics home videos.

Today should be the last day of Level 1 workouts – next week is the start of Level 2! Though, I don’t think there is a Level 2 version of Hips, Buns, and Thighs, so maybe I will be revisiting this video from time to time.
