During the Adaptive and Mastery Phase, X Stretch is an optional workout on your rest day. Since I wasn’t feeling particularly sore, I ended up taking it as a day of rest. I even took two long naps!
I was pretty indulgent in the food department. I had my Shakeology GreenBerry shake in the morning. Then I made banana and nutella crepes for breakfast. For lunch I had a bowl of lentil soup. I drank a lot of water during the day, but wasn’t really hungry for dinner. I later snacked on some strawberries.
It’s a little amazing to think that I’ve completed two weeks of an intimidating exercise program. Next week will be the last week in the Adaptive and Mastery Phase, before beginning the Recovery & Abs Focus week. I’m halfway done with the first phase!
