Workout:
It’s incredible that after seven weeks of P90X, I am no closer to knowing what I am doing with the Star Block. I’m sure I resemble someone having a seizure when I attempt this move. I keep trying though…I just wish there was a slow-motion version of it that I could watch.

Sword Hammer is still the most fun. Even saying it is fun. As I’ve always said, this workout is fast-paced and seems to go by at lightening speed. It’s still my husband’s favorite workout and I can always count on him joining in if he’s home when I pop this in to the DVD player.
