Workout:
This is my least favorite workout. Okay, really, I hate Core Synergistics. Clearly, that means that this DVD has found and magnified all my weak spots. I don’t like it though.

Sphinx Push-Ups are brutally difficult. Plank to Chaturanga Run is awful. The Dreya Roll is impossible. Prison Cell Push-Ups might kill me. There are some exercises I can do with good form and lots of reps: Squat X-Press and Steam Engine are fun. But really, I dread this workout most of all.
