One of the reasons this workout seems to go so quickly is that there are no real breaks in the action. Even the official breaks are really just a minute to do some jumping jacks, some running in place and a lot of ballistic stretching. Unlike most of the other workouts in this series, Tony doesn’t spend a bunch of time explaining or demonstrating the various moves either – he jumps right in, expecting you’ll figure it out.
I don’t get as sweaty or tired from Kenpo X as I do in Plyometrics, but this is still great fun. I have managed to avoid karate-chopping the furniture and can keep up reasonably well.
