Oh Core Synergistics, I hate you. I am so glad I won’t see you until after another four weeks.
This workout is so fast paced, it feels like they’re halfway done with the set by the time I finally figure out what I’m supposed to be doing. Many of the moves seem like things you would do to train for cirque du soleil shows – Dreya is an aerialist after all. I’m sure all the moves are “good” for me, but since P90X only throws in this workout twice during recovery weeks – there isn’t any time to master any of it.
