Workout:
Yoga was awesome today. I keep hoping that someday, I will be able to swing my foot all the way through without having to pull it through with my hands. Having the strength and control to jump up to my hands from downward facing dog would be a nice bonus.

The entire Warrior sequence, or what Tony refers to as the “moving poses” went pretty quickly today. I still struggle with chair pose because my shoulders feel a bit stiff or tight. Overall, this was a great session on the yoga mat. I really do wish Savasana was longer…
