Weighing In: Week 6 of Power 90

I am trying not to be too disappointed.  When I weighed myself this morning, there was no change from last week; I still weigh 186 pounds.

There are several probable reasons for this, but my favorite theory is that I have only been working out at Level 3-4 for less than a week.  The sessions are longer, faster paced and more intense.  I suspect my body is still adjusting to the uptick in activity.  My prediction is that I will have a good loss next week.
